Common Questions

How long until Sorush could be live at our firm? +
From signed agreement to first live call: typically 2–4 weeks. Most of the setup work is done by our team. Your firm's primary responsibility is providing access to your practice management system and Outlook/Google calendar.
Do we need Azure already? +
No. We can provision an Azure subscription on your behalf and set up the entire environment under a delegated model, or we can work inside an existing Azure subscription if your firm already has one. Either way, you own the environment.
What practice management systems do you support? +
Clio and MyCase are supported at launch (read integrations). We're expanding to additional systems based on pilot feedback. Outlook and Google Calendar are both fully supported for scheduling.
Is Sorush right for a solo practitioner? +
Sorush is designed and priced for firms with 5–50 attorneys. Solo practitioners are welcome to inquire, and we're exploring a lighter-weight tier for smaller practices in a future release.
